Jeff Williams, Vice President of Sales and Business Development, FireEye, Inc.

Prior to joining FireEye, Williams was Global Vice President of Sales for Innovative Technologies at Cisco. Before Cisco, Williams managed sales for IronPort, a provider of email security, Web security and security management appliances, generating hundreds of millions in revenue and creating the foundation for IronPort’s $830M acquisition by Cisco. Prior to his tenure at IronPort, Williams was Vice President of Sales at IntruVert Networks, a developer of intrusion detection and prevention systems, which was acquired by McAfee, Vice President of Sales at Abeona Networks, a Kleiner Perkins and Sequoia Capital funded company, and Vice President of Sales at GlobalCenter, where he led the sales organization through its $6.5 billion merger with Exodus Communications.

 

R. Bruce Stewart, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board Arrowhead Research Corporation

A life-long entrepreneur, Bruce Stewart has started and funded more than 18 companies and has taken several of them public. His capital market experience spans thirty years in which he has raised substantial capital for both public and private companies. Stewart is well known for his success in building value for shareholders and innovating novel strategies in corporate finance. In 2003, he founded Arrowhead Research (Nasdaq: ARWR), a nanotechnology company. Stewart’s vision has resulted in a well-financed company that has partnered with some of the most respected minds in the field.

Prior to founding Arrowhead Research, he founded Acacia Research Corporation (Nasdaq:ACTG) which he took public in 1995. During Stewart’s eight-year tenure, Acacia built a portfolio of subsidiary companies operating in the areas of biotechnology, media technology licensing, direct marketing and early internet applications and reached a market cap of nearly $1 billion. Stewart gained much of his knowledge and experience in corporate finance as President of Annandale Securities, an investment banking firm and registered broker dealer.

 

Matt Kestian, Technical Director, Microsoft Technology Team and Technology Center

Matt Kestian has more than 11 years of IT experience focusing on secure infrastructures and operations. Kestian manages the MTC in Irvine, CA and delivers engagements around infrastructure, operations and security. He joined Microsoft in January 2000 as a consultant on the E-Commerce team. At the MTC, Kestian is responsible for driving the Security Practice nationally. He is a member of Microsoft’s Security Content Review Board and has reviewed many of Microsoft’s most acknowledged security guidance including Windows 2003 Security Guide (IPSec) and The Administrator Accounts Security Planning Guide. Kestian is an active participant on the United States Secret Service, Chicago Electronic Crimes Task Force (CECTF) and the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA).

Kestian holds a CISSP, a B.S. in Economics and an M.S. in Applied Computer Science from Illinois State University (ISU).

 

Jeff Dickerson, President and CEO, Sonian

Jeff is responsible for the overall company leadership, strategic direction, and financial performance of Sonian, a provider of cloud-based email archiving services. He brings more than 20 years of executive experience in the technology sector and a proven track record building companies in emerging markets to the Sonian leadership team. Most recently Jeff was the CEO of Metatomix, a provider of semantic-based applications acquired by Versata, Inc. In August 2010, he orchestrated a notable turnaround at eCredit, Inc, a provider of credit risk management and collections software, which was acquired by Fidelity Ventures in late 2006. Previously, Mr. Dickerson was the senior vice president of worldwide sales and services at MCK Communications, where he expanded revenue from $2 million in 1997 to $50 million in 2001, setting the foundation for a successful public offering in 1999. He was a vice president of client/server sales at Vmark Software, and held management positions at Prime Computer and Parametric Technologies.

Mr. Dickerson graduated from North Adams State College with a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance and Economics.
