Craig Lund, CEO

CEO Craig Lund is a seasoned technology-industry veteran with over 25 years of experience managing high-performing teams in some of the world’s leading technology companies and startups. Under his leadership, SecureAuth has become one of the recognized leaders in identity enforcement.

Before joining SecureAuth in 2005, Lund worked for IBM where he was a member of the World Wide Security Management division and was responsible for Security Sales Teams for the United States, Canada, and Latin America. He developed and managed the execution of sales strategy for five security product lines that resulted in more than $100 million of annual revenue. In addition, Lund developed and managed a worldwide program for Global Service Integrators such as KPMG, using the IBM Security Suite for their integrated security solutions.

Prior to his tenure at IBM, Lund was the vice president of sales and operations for the western region for Netegrity. During his tenure, Netegrity grew from a startup company into the industry standard for internet access control. Lund helped Netegrity build its sales and support teams,  which resulted in the company’s $1 billion market capitalization before being acquired by CA. He also has also held sales and sales management positions at Dassault Systems, Intelligent Environments, Prime Computer and Digital Equipment Corporation.

Lund holds a bachelor’s of science degree in business administration from Utah State University.

Garret Grajek, CTO / COO

Garret Grajek is a CISSP-certified security engineer with more than 20 years of experience in the information security and authentication space. As Chief Technical Officer and Chief Operating Officer for SecureAuth Corporation, Garret is responsible for the strategic direction of the company’s Identity Enforcement product offerings.

Prior to co-founding SecureAuth, Grajek held leadership roles at some of the world’s leading technology companies including Cisco and IBM, where he was responsible for consumer and network security products. He also served as western region lead field engineer for RSA Security.

Grajek also worked at Netegrity where he was responsible for field implementation of Access Control products and led installations of SiteMinder, the security suite that controls all user access to the E*Trade Financial Services web site. Netegrity became the standard for internet access control and was acquired by CA.

He began his career as an entrepreneur and founder of an independent programming company that specialized in operating systems and network utilities. A pioneer in the use of the Linux operating system in enterprise environments, Grajek was responsible for the successful completion of numerous projects for IBM, Texas Instruments, Tandem Computers.

Grajek holds bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Texas at Austin.

Thomas C. Stewart, CFO

Thomas C. Stewart is the chief financial officer at SecureAuth Corporation and is responsible for the company’s financial operations. A recognized expert in the financial analysis of business technology decisions and ROI of information technology, Stewart is a frequent speaker at industry events.

Stewart joined SecureAuth in 2006 after six years at Intel Corporation. At Intel he held senior positions in both finance and marketing, and was responsible for strategic analysis and financial controls for delivering information technology solutions. Stewart also acted as strategic finance consultant to Intel Capital. In addition to investment portfolio analysis, he contributed financial analysis for several individual portfolio companies. While at Intel, Stewart built the European sales and marketing team targeting the IT system integrator channel. During that time, he managed the technical integration of newly developed Intel products into System Integrator partners who were responsible for more than $80M in Intel revenue.

Prior to joining Intel, Stewart held management positions at data networking and application services firms. He served as one of the first product managers for FutureLink, a pioneer in the development of the application service provider (ASP) concept.

Stewart holds a bachelor’s degree from Colorado College and a master’s degree in business from the Paul Merage School of Business at University of California, Irvine.

Soumya Das, CMO

As the Chief Marketing Officer, Das is responsible for all corporate marketing functions, product marketing and new business strategy. With over 20 years of experience in Marketing and Product Management of enterprise software products, he has successfully managed more than 30 products from conception to maturity. Prior to joining SecureAuth, Das served as the Vice President of Marketing and Strategy at CrownPeak where he was responsible for establishing CrownPeak’s Cloud Web Content Management as an enterprise-grade solution for Global 1000 companies and grew the sales pipeline 10X in 18 months.

Previously, Das was responsible for overall marketing strategy and execution for the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) organization at Oracle Corporation in which he managed a burgeoning business entity from its inception and grew it to a $40 million business within its first two years of operations. During his career, he played key transformational roles in several industry-leading companies, including OpenText, Filenet, Continuus and ActionWare.

Das holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree from Andhra University in India, and a Master’s of Business Administration degree from Richmond College in London.

Tom Pak, Senior VP of Worldwide Sales

Tom Pak is the SVP of Worldwide Sales at SecureAuth.  Tom brings with him over 15 years of sales, sales management, security, authentication, and identity access management experience. He is responsible for the direct sales, channel sales, and OEM strategy for SecureAuth.

Prior to SecureAuth, Tom was the WW VP of Strategic Sales and Business Development for the Cloud and Identity division of Identive [Nasdaq:INVE] that focused on the issuance of secure credentials to a smartcard via SAAS, as well as the convergence of physical/logical access.

Previously, Tom was the VP of Sales Cloakware Division at Irdeto, a $200+M private company, he was instrumental in selling the Cloakware Password Authority Division to Xceedium, and was named key man in the transaction.  Tom was also the General Manager and VP of Sales for Protocom, an Australian based start up focused on enterprise single sign-on and authentication software, and grew revenue to $20M, which in turn was acquired by Actividentity (formerly NASDAQ ACTI, now a part of HID Global).  At Actividentity, a company that focused on two factor authentication, card management systems, and single sign-on, Tom was the VP of Commercial Sales growing the business over 300% in his first 2 years, and eventually became the VP of Sales for both Commercial and Federal.

Tom holds a BA in Communications from UC Davis.

Jeff Lo, V.P., Product Development

Jeff Lo is a product developer with more than 10 years of product management. As Vice President of Product Development, Jeff leads the development of SecureAuth Corporation’s authentication and single-sign-on (SSO) technologies. He has broad experience in product development, system integration, and a deep knowledge of SecureAuth strategy, customers, products, and technology. Lo is certified in several technologies in the web, network, and cloud technology space.

Prior to joining SecureAuth, Lo worked at a number of information security companies where he managed the development of various security solutions for the mortgage industry, including a check-imaging project that led the industry into a paperless era.

Lo holds a BS degree in Computer Information Systems from Cal Poly Pomona.
