SecureAuth Wins Stevie in 2017 American Business Awards for Customer Service Department of the Year
SecureAuth takes great pride in the top-tier service that our team continues to provide our customers, and we’re honored to receive a Stevie Award in the 2017 American Business Award for Customer Service Department of the Year. Our rock-star Customer Success department won the bronze award for our focus on customer service and customer success, helping organizations deploy and use flexible adaptive access control solutions, empowering them to prevent the misuse of stolen credentials.
In early 2016, we changed the name of the department from “Customer Service” to “Customer Success,” because it better fits the advanced expectations we have when it comes to approaching our customers’ needs. Customer Success at SecureAuth is an expanding department that includes project management, professional services and consulting services, tailoring, technical training, customer success management, renewal management, and global product support.
Customer satisfaction is a high priority at SecureAuth and we continually adapt our Customer Success team’s platform and procedures to ensure we are always providing our customers with the best possible service. Recently, the team made two additional offerings to our basic support: Mission Critical Support, a premier-level support that offers customers faster response and resolution times at various escalation levels; and Operations Services, which provides mentoring, migration services, and staff-augmentation services. In 2016, SecureAuth University went from a concept to a hands-on learning experience that allows customers, partners and employees to get the most out of our solutions.
We have a 24/7/365 support team that operates worldwide to ensure customers’ infrastructure and security issues can be managed in any time zone at any time. Every customer has access to our online support system, which is accessible by web, email, or phone.
