We’re honored to announce that the Orange County Business Journal has named SecureAuth one of the 2017 Best Places to Work in Orange County! This county-wide competition, managed by independent research firm Best Companies Group, was designed to identify and recognize the best places of employment in Orange County, California.
SecureAuth’s mission has always been to help organizations attain the best security without negatively impacting users. While our roots are in multi-factor authentication and single sign-on (SSO), the threat landscape has changed over time, and so have we. In particular, as compromised credentials have led to more and more breaches, SecureAuth has developed solutions that help prevent the misuse of stolen credentials through techniques such as adaptive authentication and identity-based threat detection. We’re even leading the charge toward a passwordless future.
Employee satisfaction is a high priority at SecureAuth, and we go to great lengths to create an awesome environment for our employees. The detailed survey results praise SecureAuth for a robust leadership and planning program, strong corporate culture and communications, effective training and development program, great pay and benefits package, and welcoming environment for employees.
So, how did SecureAuth get selected as one of the best places to work? Organizations from across the county entered the two-part evaluation process. First, employers completed a questionnaire about their workplace policies, practices, and demographics. Second, employees were surveyed to measure their engagement and satisfaction. The combined scores determined the top organizations and the final ranking. We are thrilled to be a part of the list, and eager to use the detailed feedback on our strengths and weaknesses to build an even better workplace!
