SECUREAUTH CORPORATION and Tianjin Hongli Future Studio Cooperation Authorization Notice

本公告旨在正式声明天津宏力未来工作室（统一社会信用代码：91120103MA075WFW5T）（以下简称“被委托方”）与 SECUREAUTH CORPORATION（以下简称“委托方”）达成的合作授权协议，授权被委托方在中国境内的 Android 应用商店发布和管理（以下简称“应用程序”）。
This notice formally declares the cooperation authorization agreement between Tianjin Hongli Future Studio（Unified Social Credit Code: 91120103MA075WFW5T） (hereinafter referred to as the “Agent”) and SECUREAUTH CORPORATION (hereinafter referred to as the “Principal”), authorizing the Agent to publish and manage SecureAuth Authenticate (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”) on Android app stores within China.
授权范围 / Scope of Authorization
- 应用程序的发布与管理 / Publishing and Management of the Application
被委托方有权在中国境内的 Android 应用商店（包括但不限于华为应用市场、腾讯应用宝、小米应用商店等）发布、更新和管理 [APP名称]。
The Agent is authorized to publish, update, and manage SecureAuth Authenticate on Android app stores in China (including but not limited to Huawei AppGallery, Tencent MyApp, Xiaomi App Store, etc.).
- 技术支持与推广 / Technical Support and Promotion
被委托方有权根据双方商定的方案，在中国市场推广应用程序，并提供相关的技术支持与用户服务。
The Agent is authorized to promote the Application in the Chinese market and provide related technical support and user services as per the mutually agreed plan.
- 知识产权保护 / Intellectual Property Protection
在本授权协议有效期内，被委托方应严格尊重委托方的知识产权，未经书面同意，不得擅自修改或进行其他未经授权的操作。
During the validity period of this authorization agreement, the Agent shall strictly respect the Principal’s intellectual property rights and shall not modify or perform any unauthorized operations without written consent.
