Martin is the Chief Executive Officer of SecureAuth and brings 25 years of experience successfully driving growth and customer success into a variety of successful software companies in a various sales and senior executive leadership positions.
Prior to SecureAuth Martin was the CEO of Resolve Systems, where he and his team drove 115% CARG, culminating in a sale to Insight Venture Partners in 38 months.
Before Resolve Systems Martin spent five years at SuccessFactors, where he ended his tenure as Vice President & General Manager of Sales for Strategic Industries. Under Martin’s leadership, together with an incredible extended team, SuccessFactors achieved a CAGR of more than 85% over this period, contributing to the acquisition by SAP.
Before SuccessFactors, Martin built a very successful sales team at InQuira (acquired by Oracle), where his team delivered 135% CAGR.
Martin was a top sales representative at Clarify and the IBM/Motorola joint wireless venture “ARDIS”.
Martin started his career as a mechanical engineer within the aerospace and defense industry, designing and supporting fuel and cooling systems for military and commercial aircraft and missiles.
Martin earned an MBA in marketing, international finance and international economics from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Martin and his family transplanted from Chicago to Orange County back in 2014, which is where they reside today.
Scott is the Chief Customer Officer at SecureAuth and brings 25 years of experience in the high tech and software industry delivering successful outcomes to customers by transforming and leading training, professional services, support and customer success teams. As Chief Customer Officer at FaceFirst, he was responsible for the training, deployment and support teams for customers globally while improving delivery execution and efficiency to support rapid implementations. As WW VP of Professional Services, Support and Customer Success at Resolve Systems, he reshaped the services and support teams to be competitive differentiators while supporting growth in excess of 200%, delivering consistent profitability and minimizing customer churn prior to its acquisition by Insight Venture Partners.
Prior to Resolve Systems, Scott spent two years at Oracle running the North America CRM practice responsible for sales, practice management and people management across Siebel, EBS, Oracle Knowledge, eBilling and Oracle Policy Automation products. Scott spent five years at InQuira, where he ran Professional Services and Training – Americas, Worldwide Support and Strategic Account Management. During his time at InQuira, Scott’s Professional Services and Support teams achieved growth of 175% and 160%, respectively contributing to the company’s acquisition by Oracle.
Scott started his career as a management consultant with KMPG Peat Marwick in the financial/investment services practice focusing on post-merger integration activities. He earned an MBA in finance from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Loyola Marymount University.
Scott and his wife, Erin, have three children (Katie, Molly and Ryan) and live in Manhattan Beach.
As Chief Marketing Officer, Brian is responsible for driving all aspects of marketing for SecureAuth, including brand, communications, product marketing and growth. A senior marketing veteran, he brings more than 20 years of experience in building and managing results-oriented teams for fast growing technology companies.
Most recently, Brian was Chief Marketing Officer at Factual, a location data company, through its merger with Foursquare in April 2020. Prior to Factual, Brian was Senior Vice President of Marketing for Telesign (acquired by BICS in April 2017), a leading communications platform as a service company, VP of Marketing and Product for cloud-based identity and access management provider Symplified (acquired by RSA in July 2014), and held senior management positions with leading security companies Webroot and MessageLabs (acquired by Symantec in October 2008).
Brian received his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Penn State University and serves as a mentor for Techstars, helping emerging technology startups with marketing and strategy initiatives.
Paul Gibson is an experienced technology attorney with significant experience in enterprise software. Mr. Gibson brings twenty years of experience in complex technology transactions, including enterprise-level licensing deals, professional services engagements, joint ventures and collaboration agreements in software and other high technology sectors. He previously served as GC of Resolve Systems, an Irvine, California-based automation and incident response technology company, and prior to that was GC of InQuira, a knowledge-management company. Mr. Gibson graduated from UC Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law, and received his B.A from Wesleyan University.
Bil has been in the IT industry for 30 years. He has been at the forefront of the Internet since 1995 and his work in security began in 1998. He has led security for startups, Government and well established Financial Institutions. In 2007 he pioneered the use of the SAS70 coupled with ISO to create a trusted security audit methodology used by the SaaS industry until the introduction of the SOC2. He has presented on Security and Privacy in Canada, Europe and the US at conferences such as RSA, ISSA, GrrCon and the Cloud Security Alliance. He has been interviewed by and has written for various publications such as Dark Reading, Data Informed, The Belfast Telegraph and Security Intelligence. His vision and technical abilities have been used on advisory boards for Adallom, Trust Science, ShieldX, Resolve and Integris. He has served as Chief Security Officer for GoodData, VP Security & Global Privacy Officer for the Cloud Division of SAP, the Americas CISO for Zscaler and now serves as the Chief Evangelist and CISO for SecureAuth.
Udit Tibrewal is chief financial officer at SecureAuth, where his is responsible for the company’s global general and administrative function which includes accounting, finance, treasury, tax, human resources, and legal. Tibrewal brings more than 20 years of financial leadership experience to the company. During his career, Tibrewal worked with public, venture capital-backed, and private equity-backed high-growth technology companies.
Prior to SecureAuth, Tibrewal built Sitecore’s finance, accounting, tax and treasury function, supporting the company’s rapid growth of 35%+ CAGR. He played a key role in the $1.2 Billion sale of the company in 2016 and continued to work for the acquiring private equity firm. Prior to Sitecore, Tibrewal was corporate controller at ServiceSource, where he led the finance organization during a time of significant revenue growth and helped to drive a successful IPO and subsequent secondary offering. Tibrewal also held finance roles at Trimble Navigation and the Software and Internet Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers in San Jose.
Tibrewal graduated from Delhi University in India. He is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the state of California, and a Chartered Accountant in India.
Matthew Ulery is chief product officer at SecureAuth. With more than 20 years of experience delivering enterprise security, compliance and critical infrastructure software, Ulery leads the company’s overall product strategy and management. He will work closely with the product, engineering and research teams to drive innovation in the SecureAuth Identity Platform.
Prior to SecureAuth, Ulery was global vice president of product management at Micro Focus, responsible for the company’s IAM and Security Operations Solutions. Prior to Micro Focus, Ulery held senior product management and engineering roles at Symantec, NetIQ, Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, and Telvent. He started his career at Lockheed as a systems engineering working on Space Station Freedom, before focusing on enterprise software.
During Ulery’s extensive career, he was responsible for managing a portfolio of security solutions including access management, IGA, privileged access management, security operations and Active Directory management.
Matthew earned a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and a MBA from The University of Texas at Austin. He currently resides in Houston with his wife and children.
Mike Williams is a seasoned executive with over 22 years of experience in sales and sales leadership roles within the cyber security industry. He has a proven track record of results in building global, high-growth sales organizations spanning both the private and public sectors. He brings with him a combination of strategic planning, out-of-the-box thinking, risk-taking and a strong teamwork style of management.
Mike most recently ran the sales efforts for the Americas at Cylance. Prior to joining Cylance, Mike ran North America for Forcepoint for several years. He also brings with him many years of sales experience working for RSA, CipherTrust and McAfee.
Mike attended the University of North Texas where he majored in Computer Science. He resides in the Dallas area and can be found regularly on a road bike or a golf course when he's not spending time with his family.
Edgardo Artusi joins SecureAuth from Loyal Solutions, where he was their Chief Executive Officer and was responsible for the turnaround of the company strategy from a Java Boutique Tailor Made Software Factory to a product oriented EQMS Company for LATAM market. He has also held several engineering leadership roles at Sisdam Technologies, where he oversaw every technical matter and strategic decision related to market and product evolution. Under Artusi, his team implemented software development processes for performance and efficiency improvement, managed the capacity planning and costs estimation for change and defined the change management plan and migration strategies. Artusi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering from Universidad de Belgrano in Buenos Aires.
Rich Gibsen is a product management expert with more than 20 years in the software industry. His experience includes leading product management teams in designing and developing on-premises and cloud-based software for the retail, healthcare, and public-sector market segments.
Gibsen combines his unique experience in leading professional services and product groups in technology companies – together with an acute awareness of the customer experience– to inspire and motivate product teams to anticipate and deliver solutions that not only meet customer needs, but exceed expectations.
Prior to SecureAuth, Gibsen held leadership roles at Aspect Software, Island Pacific, TASER International and JDA Software among others. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Humboldt State University and lives in Phoenix Arizona.
Kevin comes to SecureAuth with over 20 years of sales and sales leadership experience leading regional, US and global sales teams. Kevin is a strong team builder with deep experience in cyber security and Identity & Access Management, Malware Prevention and Endpoint Detection and Response, having held senior sales leadership positions with Kaspersky Lab, Cybereason, Polaris Financial and Deep Instinct. Kevin lives in New Jersey with his wife and three daughters and in his spare time is a basketball nut and golfer.
Cheryl brings 23 years of HR experience to her new role as Vice President of Human Resources for SecureAuth. The last 5 years she has worked for a technology company where she helped the organization navigate through tremendous structural changes. Prior to that, Cheryl was at a finance company for over ten years where she started as their 2nd employee and helped grow the workforce to 2,200 employees! She has a great understanding around companies with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Her extensive background includes core competencies in human resources policies, programs, employee relations, health and welfare, organizational development and learning, and compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws. Cheryl also earned her Master degree from University of San Diego.
Cheryl’s knowledge and insight will support our organizational leaders by allowing us to integrate human resources initiatives into the strategic goals of the organization.
Dave Woodward is the Global Vice President of Channels and Alliances at SecureAuth and leads all channel revenue generating activities, strategic partnerships, and partner enablement. He brings 20 years of experience within the high tech and software industry with roles in sales, channels, operations, and professional services.
Dave joins Secureauth from Kudelski Security, where he was responsible for the North American business as Senior Vice President of Sales. While there, his contributions helped the company establish their U.S. footprint and drove significant growth in product, professional services, and managed services bookings to become one of the larger pure play cyber firms in the United States.
Prior to Kudelski Security, Dave held a number of senior management positions with both manufacturers such as Cisco Systems and Avaya as well as integrators such as Calence (acquired by Insight) and Faction. Dave holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of Phoenix.
