Ahmed Rubaie is responsible for scaling the company's growth, profitability and strategic differentiation in the marketplace as a leader in continuous identity security.
As a global technology veteran with extensive executive management experience in both publicly-traded and private companies, Rubaie led the growth and transformation of several global companies in the software domain, including security. He has extensive experience in SaaS and other business models across a wide array of scale. Rubaie also serves as Executive Chairman of Crownpeak Technology, and is an advisor to K1 Investment Management.
Over the last 30 years, Rubaie’s career has included Coopers & Lybrand, BHP, Avery Dennison, Ariba, Fortinet, and Sitecore.
Rubaie holds a bachelor's degree in economics and management from Albion College in Albion, MI, and a JD from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. He lives in the Bay Area and has been involved with various professional, industry, and civic organizations.
Ankur Ahlowalia is Chief Customer Officer at SecureAuth. In this role, Ahlowalia will lead revenue operations, enablement and other strategic initiatives to help drive the company’s growth. He brings 20 years of experience within the high tech and software industry with roles in revenue operations, enablement, marketing, product management, finance and engineering.
Ahlowalia joins Secureauth from Apttus, where he was Senior Vice President of Sales Operations and Enablement. While there, his contributions helped the company achieve hyper growth in bookings within 3 years and become a leader in quote-to-cash.
Prior to Apttus, Ahlowalia was the Vice President of Sales Operations at Saba Software where he played a vital role in helping Saba transform from Perpetual to a SaaS company. Ahlowalia started his career at Motorola and is a graduate of the Motorola Business leadership development program.
Ahlowalia holds engineering degrees in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Electronics & Communications from Manipal Institute of Technology.
Edgardo Artusi joins SecureAuth from Loyal Solutions, where he was their Chief Executive Officer and was responsible for the turnaround of the company strategy from a Java Boutique Tailor Made Software Factory to a product oriented EQMS Company for LATAM market. He has also held several engineering leadership roles at Sisdam Technologies, where he oversaw every technical matter and strategic decision related to market and product evolution. Under Artusi, his team implemented software development processes for performance and efficiency improvement, managed the capacity planning and costs estimation for change and defined the change management plan and migration strategies. Artusi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering from Universidad de Belgrano in Buenos Aires.
Holly Gibeaut is General Counsel at SecureAuth. In her role, she is responsible for providing legal guidance to the company and oversees its global corporate, commercial, intellectual property, and regulatory legal affairs. She is an efficient and detail-oriented problem solver with a demonstrated ability to proactively mitigate risk while carrying out forward-thinking action plans to enhance profitability.
Gibeaut brings over 13 years of legal and operational experience at technology companies, most recently with Aspect Software, a market leader in both premise and cloud-based contact center and customer engagement platforms. Prior to that, she served as Assistant General Counsel at TASER International (now AXON) where she partnered with executive management to shift the company from a weapon manufacturer to a SaaS technology solution provider. While at TASER, Gibeaut oversaw the company’s compliance and regulatory affairs, brand protection, litigation matters and acted as the lead negotiator on large procurement contracts with major public safety agencies across the US and internationally.
Gibeaut began her legal career with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in Washington, D.C. and then later served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Arizona under Janet Napolitano before entering into private practice, acting in numerous roles as a skilled commercial litigator. Having a passion for public service, Gibeaut serves as a volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children in the Maricopa County, Arizona foster care system. She holds a B.A. from the University of Arizona, and a J.D. from George Washington University Law School.
Rich Gibsen is a product management expert with more than 20 years in the software industry. His experience includes leading product management teams in designing and developing on-premises and cloud-based software for the retail, healthcare, and public-sector market segments.
Gibsen combines his unique experience in leading professional services and product groups in technology companies – together with an acute awareness of the customer experience– to inspire and motivate product teams to anticipate and deliver solutions that not only meet customer needs, but exceed expectations.
Prior to SecureAuth, Gibsen held leadership roles at Aspect Software, Island Pacific, TASER International and JDA Software among others. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Humboldt State University and lives in Phoenix Arizona.
Robert Humphrey is chief marketing officer at SecureAuth. As a security and software industry veteran, Humphrey brings more than 35 years of experience in sales and marketing to the company. He is responsible for worldwide market strategy, demand generation and brand awareness, supporting the rapid growth of the company.
Humphrey is recognized for his inspirational leadership and ability to develop compelling go–to-market strategies and tactics that help companies drive awareness and demand. Humphrey has a proven track record in helping lead growth-oriented companies of all sizes.
Before joining SecureAuth, Humphrey served as chief marketing officer at ForgeRock where he led the company’s marketing efforts during a period of rapid expansion. Prior to ForgeRock, Humphrey was senior vice president of global field and channel marketing at CA Technologies (CA). He held senior sale and marketing positions at ITKO (acquired by CA), i2 Technologies, Infor, McAfee and Unisys. In addition, Humphrey has extensive experience in venture capital for enterprise software with roles at Waterstreet Management Group and Insight Capital Partners. He has served as a board member or advisor at various organizations.
Humphrey holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. He currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
John Nassar is Chief Revenue Officer at SecureAuth. Bringing nearly 30 years of experience to this role, John, is responsible for scaling the worldwide sales organization to support the company’s growth.
Prior to SecureAuth, John served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Cybersecurity Sales at Palo Alto Networks, where he was responsible for the rapid growth of new lines of business including endpoint protection, threat intelligence, behavioral analytics, and security for SaaS environments. Earlier positions in his career include leadership roles at Cisco Systems, Proofpoint, Avaya, and Siemens.
John holds a BA from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, where he honed his team skills with four years of collegiate football, and was also a Signal Corps officer in the US Army Reserve. He lives in Pleasanton, California.
Udit Tibrewal is chief financial officer at SecureAuth, where his is responsible for the company’s global general and administrative function which includes accounting, finance, treasury, tax, human resources, and legal. Tibrewal brings more than 20 years of financial leadership experience to the company. During his career, Tibrewal worked with public, venture capital-backed, and private equity-backed high-growth technology companies.
Prior to SecureAuth, Tibrewal built Sitecore’s finance, accounting, tax and treasury function, supporting the company’s rapid growth of 35%+ CAGR. He played a key role in the $1.2 Billion sale of the company in 2016 and continued to work for the acquiring private equity firm. Prior to Sitecore, Tibrewal was corporate controller at ServiceSource, where he led the finance organization during a time of significant revenue growth and helped to drive a successful IPO and subsequent secondary offering. Tibrewal also held finance roles at Trimble Navigation and the Software and Internet Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers in San Jose.
Tibrewal graduated from Delhi University in India. He is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the state of California, and a Chartered Accountant in India.
Matthew Ulery is chief product officer at SecureAuth. With more than 20 years of experience delivering enterprise security, compliance and critical infrastructure software, Ulery leads the company’s overall product strategy and management. He will work closely with the product, engineering and research teams to drive innovation in the SecureAuth Identity Platform.
Prior to SecureAuth, Ulery was global vice president of product management at Micro Focus, responsible for the company’s IAM and Security Operations Solutions. Prior to Micro Focus, Ulery held senior product management and engineering roles at Symantec, NetIQ, Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, and Telvent. He started his career at Lockheed as a systems engineering working on Space Station Freedom, before focusing on enterprise software.
During Ulery’s extensive career, he was responsible for managing a portfolio of security solutions including access management, IGA, privileged access management, security operations and Active Directory management.
Matthew earned a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and a MBA from The University of Texas at Austin. He currently resides in Houston with his wife and children.
Stephanie Urbach is chief people officer at SecureAuth where she leads the company’s global human resources organization, which includes employee relations, recruiting, talent management, talent branding, compensation, and benefits and payroll. She brings more than 25 years of global leadership experience in human resources operations and strategy to the role.
Prior to SecureAuth, Stephanie served as senior vice president, Human Resources at Guidance Software. She also led world-class HR programs at Avery Dennison, Jacobs Engineering, and Nestle. She has developed a reputation for – and has a successful track record of – working collaboratively with management and employees to foster a dynamic work environment that ensures employees are engaged, energized, empowered and high-performing.
Stephanie holds a bachelor of arts from UCLA. She currently lives in Newport Beach, California and has been heavily involved in volunteer work and serves on various non-profit boards including the Junior League of Pasadena, Family Foothill and National Charity League.
