Geoffrey Mattson is a serial entrepreneur and globally recognized cybersecurity and AI executive with decades of experience building market-defining companies and technologies that protect the world’s most critical systems.
He is currently CEO of SecureAuth, where he is leading the company through a pivotal phase of growth as identity evolves into a dynamic control plane for managing complex relationships across humans, machines, and AI agents. SecureAuth is redefining identity security through innovations that help global enterprises continuously verify, delegate, and govern access in real time. Mattson is leading SecureAuth’s expansion as demand accelerates for modern, AI-driven identity solutions that secure distributed and intelligent ecosystems.
Prior to SecureAuth, Mattson served as CEO of Xage Security, where he led the company in Zero Trust for critical environments from energy to agentic AI . Under his leadership, Xage achieved rapid adoption across the U.S. military, global energy firms, and Fortune 500 enterprises.
Previously, Geoffrey Mattson was co-founder and CEO of MistNet.ai, an AI-native threat detection platform acquired by LogRhythm. He pioneered decentralized analytics and machine learning approaches for real-time cyber defense, and later served as SVP of Product at LogRhythm, driving global expansion and shaping the next generation of SIEM/SOAR solutions.
Earlier, he held senior executive roles at Juniper Networks, overseeing a $2B product portfolio and leading major M&A efforts, and at Huawei Technologies as SVP and CTO for networking and data center platforms. His engineering leadership at Corona Networks, Caspian, and Bay Networks helped build foundational technologies in network and security architecture.
Mattson advises early-stage startups and boards on AI, cybersecurity, and automation. He holds an M.S. in Computer Science and is the inventor of multiple patents in AI, cybersecurity, and networking.
His insights have been featured in Forbes and other industry outlets, and the companies he has led have been recognized for innovation and culture, including Forbes Best Startups to Work For. Outside of work, he coaches youth basketball and competitive math; reminders of the power of curiosity, teamwork, and continuous growth.

Karan Dua is the Chief Financial Officer at SecureAuth, where he is responsible for the company’s global general and administrative function which includes accounting, finance, treasury, tax, and legal. Dua is an accomplished finance executive and brings over 20 years of corporate and operational finance experience across the technology industry. During his career, Dua has worked with public, venture capital-backed, and private equity-backed high-growth technology companies.
Prior to SecureAuth, Dua worked at PlanGrid (acquired by Autodesk) where he scaled the finance function to support the Company’s hyper revenue growth. He also worked at YuMe ($170M revenue public company) where he focused on transforming operations in a number of key business functions. Karan also brings valuable experience working for Big 4 accounting firms PwC and Ernst & Young, where he focused on publicly traded and start-up technology companies. Karan has an MBA from UC Berkeley and is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the state of California.

With over 20 years of experience in enterprise SaaS and cybersecurity, Pete brings a proven track record of building high-performing teams that drive measurable value for customers, from SMBs to the Fortune 100.
Peter is a recognized leader in Customer Success and has played a critical role in five successful company exits through IPOs and acquisitions, including back-to-back wins at his two most recent organizations. His deep domain expertise spans customer lifecycle management, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment across product, sales, and engineering.
Throughout his career, Peter has helped scale businesses by ensuring that customer success is treated as a strategic growth lever, not a support function. He’s known for turning complex customer environments into repeatable success stories with lasting business impact.

As Senior Vice President of Engineering, Lukasz leads SecureAuth’s talented engineering and technology teams in developing the company’s market-leading Workforce and Customer Identity and Access Management solutions. With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry he is a seasoned and results-driven cybersecurity leader specializing in authentication, identity, and authorization.
Lukasz is passionate about advancing state-of-the-art API security and advocating for open standards, such as OAuth and OIDC, in emerging fields including open banking, machine identity, and transactional authorization. An accomplished thought leader, he has contributed to several industry publications and certifications.
Lukasz joined SecureAuth following the acquisition of Cloudentity, where he served as the Chief Technology Officer at Cloudentity, a CIAM solution provider. Prior to Cloudentity he held security and engineering posts at technology consulting firms including Keyboarders and Snapshorts, and at global enterprises including Sterling Health Plans, East America Corporation and GMV. He holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Wrocław University of Science and Technology.

Brook Lovatt is an entrepreneur, identity security expert, and technology strategist with more than 25 years of experience shaping the evolution of Identity and Access Management (IAM). As Senior Vice President, Product at SecureAuth, he works with customers, industry leaders, and the security community to help define the future of identity as a dynamic control plane for governing access across people, machines, and AI-driven systems.
Lovatt previously served as CEO of Cloudentity, a leading CIAM provider focused on API authorization and identity orchestration, which was acquired by SecureAuth in 2023. Earlier in his career, he co-founded Pragma Technology Group, a boutique security consultancy, and led global service delivery for IBM Security’s Cloud Identity platform. He has also held executive and technical leadership roles at Lighthouse Security Group (acquired by IBM in 2014), Oracle, and Encode.
A frequent speaker and industry commentator, Lovatt focuses on the intersection of identity security, open digital ecosystems, and the emerging challenges of governing AI agents and autonomous software systems. He holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Northwestern University.
