Kelly Wenzel Appointed as Chief Customer Officer, Howard Greenfield Added to Advisory Board as Customer Adoption Accelerates
IRVINE, Calif. – April 12, 2023 – SecureAuth, a leader in authentication and access management, today announced the addition of two seasoned executives to support accelerating customer adoption of its passwordless continuous authentication with invisible MFA solution. Kelly Wenzel joins as Chief Customer Officer and is responsible for supporting the company’s commitment to ensuring an excellent customer experience as they expand their passwordless journey and adopt Arculix, a risk-based continuous authentication platform. Howard Greenfield joins the SecureAuth Advisory Board, bringing more than two decades of go-to-market expertise to SecureAuth.

As part of the executive leadership team, Wenzel will lead the global strategy for customer success and customer centricity at SecureAuth. Her teams, which include Customer Success, Professional Services and Customer Support, will partner closely with the entire SecureAuth organization to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers in their next-generation authentication and access management journey. Wenzel has successfully led and created dramatic market growth by focusing on the customer experience and culture with her human-centric approach. Prior to joining SecureAuth, Wenzel was instrumental at Cornerstone OnDemand, helping to scale the business to $1B in revenue and founded the Women @ Cornerstone employee resource group. Previously, she held senior management positions at LinkedIn, Jobvite, Simply Hired and Odyssey Information Services.

As a Board Advisor, Greenfield will be instrumental in helping SecureAuth expand its global footprint. Currently, he is an Operating Partner for Canaan working with portfolio companies on go-to-market strategies and execution. Prior to Canaan, Greenfield was the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for Centrify, where he was responsible for the Sales, Partners, Marketing and Customer Success organizations. While at Centrify, he grew the company’s business from $104M to $124M in 2020 and was a key player in the sale of Centrify to TPG in March 2021. Prior to Centrify, he was the CRO at SailPoint working together with Paul Trulove and Ernie Tkac, Chief Revenue Office at SecureAuth, where he grew its business from $40M to over $325M and led them to an IPO on the NYSE in November 2017. He also held leadership positions at Zenprise, then led Worldwide Mobility Sales for Citrix after its acquisition, Wanova (acquired by VMWare), Witness Systems (acquired by Verint) and Mercury Interactive (acquired by Hewlett Packard).
